Service Description
Boripan provides pension legal support services to individuals navigating pension-related matters in Thailand. Our current service offerings are:
- Initial Guidance Meeting (฿1,800): A considered, unhurried meeting to discuss your pension concerns, review relevant papers, and set out your options in plain terms.
- Records & Correspondence Support (฿6,700): Practical assistance with assembling documents and handling correspondence with pension authorities and other relevant bodies.
- Ongoing Advocacy (฿12,500): Full, attentive support for matters requiring sustained handling, formal submissions, or representation, guided at every stage.
The scope of each service is set out in the relevant service description and, where applicable, in a written engagement letter provided to you before work commences.
Our services are offered in Thailand and are primarily aimed at residents and nationals navigating Thai pension matters. We do not advise on pension matters governed solely by foreign law.

Payment Terms
Fees for our services are as set out on our website at the time of engagement and confirmed in writing before work commences. All fees are quoted and payable in Thai Baht (฿).
Payment is due as follows:
- Initial Guidance Meeting: Payment is requested prior to or at the time of the meeting.

- Ongoing Advocacy: A staged payment schedule will be agreed in writing at the outset.
Refunds
Where a meeting or engagement is cancelled by you with reasonable notice (at least 48 hours in advance), we will discuss a suitable arrangement in good faith. We do not offer refunds for work already carried out, but we will always aim to handle any concerns about fees with care and fairness.
Service-Specific Terms
The following additional terms apply to our pension legal services specifically:
- Scope: The scope of each engagement is agreed with you at the outset and documented in our engagement letter. Any significant change to the scope will be discussed and agreed with you before additional work proceeds.
- Timeline: We will provide an estimate of timelines where possible, but many pension matters are subject to the pace of third-party bodies. We will keep you informed and manage expectations honestly throughout.
- Third-party correspondence: Where we correspond with pension funds, government bodies, or other organisations on your behalf, we do so as your representative. We will copy you on all significant correspondence.
- Outcomes: We cannot and do not commit to a specific outcome in any pension matter. Our service is to support, advise, and advocate diligently — the final determination rests with the relevant authorities.
Confidentiality
We treat all information shared with us in the course of an engagement as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your personal details, circumstances, or the content of your matter to any third party without your consent, except:
- Where disclosure is necessary to carry out the work you have instructed us to perform.
- Where we are required to do so by law or by an order of a competent authority.
- Where the information is already in the public domain through no fault of our own.
Our handling of personal data is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which we encourage you to read.
Disclaimers
The information on our website is provided for general guidance only and does not constitute legal advice. Each pension matter is individual, and you should not rely on general website content as a substitute for advice specific to your circumstances.
While we take care to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that it is complete, current, or free from error at all times. Pension law and regulations may change, and we recommend seeking direct advice if you have a specific concern.
Our services are provided with reasonable care and skill. We do not commit to any specific result, and no statement on our website or in our communications should be understood as a commitment to a particular outcome in your matter.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Boripan's total liability to you in connection with any service or engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by you for that particular service.
We shall not be liable for:
- Loss of income, loss of profit, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our services or website.
- Delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including actions of third-party bodies, changes in law, or force majeure events.
- Any reliance on general content published on our website without engaging our services.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Boripan, its staff, and its representatives from and against any claims, losses, or costs arising from:
- Your breach of these Terms and Conditions.
- False or misleading information provided by you in connection with your matter.
- Your use of our website or services in a manner not authorised by these terms.
- Any third-party claim arising from your conduct.
Termination
Either party may bring an engagement to a close by giving reasonable written notice. We will let you know in advance if we need to step back from a matter, and we will take reasonable steps to minimise any disruption to you.
We reserve the right to cease providing services if you breach these terms in a material way and do not remedy the breach within a reasonable period after being notified.
On termination of an engagement, you will remain responsible for fees in respect of work already carried out. We will return your documents and papers to you promptly on request.
Provisions relating to confidentiality, intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive the end of any engagement.
Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
Informal Resolution
Before taking any formal steps, we ask that you contact us directly at [email protected] to describe your concern. Most matters can be resolved with open, unhurried communication, and we are committed to addressing your concerns promptly and fairly.
Mediation
If informal resolution is not possible, either party may propose mediation through a mutually agreed mediator in Bangkok. We are open to this approach as a constructive step before any formal proceedings.

- Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision on any occasion does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these terms without our prior written consent. We may engage appropriately qualified colleagues to assist with your matter.
- Notices: Formal notices should be sent in writing to our address at 189 Rama IV Road, Pathum Wan, Bangkok 10330, or by email to [email protected].
