About Boripan
A Practice Built on Patience and Clarity
We believe that pension matters deserve the same care and attention as any other significant legal concern — perhaps more, given what is often at stake for the people who come to us.

How Boripan Came to Be
Boripan was founded by a small group of legal practitioners in Bangkok who noticed a consistent gap in the market: people navigating pension matters were often left to manage complex processes on their own, or handed to advisers who treated them as cases rather than individuals.
The name reflects the founding ethos — boripan (บริบาล) carries the sense of caring for, attending to. That is the spirit behind everything we do. We take each matter seriously, we take our time, and we keep the person at the centre of every conversation.
Since opening our doors on Rama IV Road, we have worked with clients facing a range of pension-related challenges: disputes over entitlements, delays in processing, correspondence that has gone unanswered, and more complex advocacy situations requiring formal representation. We approach each one with the same unhurried attention.
We do not pretend that legal processes are simple or fast. What we can offer is steady, knowledgeable company through the process — so that you are never left wondering what is happening or what comes next.

What We Stand For
Our Mission and Values
Our Mission
To make pension legal support accessible and understandable for everyone who needs it — through patient, plain-language counsel, fair pricing, and genuine personal attention.
Care
We hold the person at the centre of each matter. A pension issue can carry considerable personal weight, and we handle every case with the sensitivity it deserves.
Clarity
We translate legal processes into everyday language. You will always know what we are doing and why, without needing to interpret professional jargon.
Patience
We take the time that each matter requires. There is no sense of rush from our side, no feeling that your questions are an inconvenience. Good counsel takes the time it takes.

Client Confidentiality
All information you share is kept strictly private. We follow professional conduct rules on confidentiality and do not discuss client matters with third parties without your consent.
Written Clarity
Every piece of correspondence we prepare on your behalf is reviewed for accuracy and tone before it is sent. We keep copies and provide you with records of all submissions.
Thai Legal Compliance
Our approach aligns with applicable Thai regulations governing pension funds, labour law, and professional legal conduct. We operate within established legal frameworks at all times.
Regular Client Updates
We do not leave clients waiting and wondering. Wherever a matter is in progress, we keep you informed with clear, regular updates so you always know the current position.
Careful Document Review
Before any submission or correspondence is finalised, we conduct a thorough review of all supporting documents to check for accuracy, completeness, and appropriate framing.
Personal Responsibility
Every client matter is handled by a named adviser within our team. You will always know who is working on your case and have a direct point of contact throughout.
Pension Legal Support in Bangkok — A Considered Practice
Boripan works with individuals who have concerns about their pension arrangements, entitlements, or dealings with pension funds and regulatory bodies in Thailand. Our practice covers the full range of support — from an initial meeting to understand your situation, through correspondence and document handling, to sustained advocacy in more complex matters.
We are based at 189 Rama IV Road in the Pathum Wan district of Bangkok, central and accessible for clients across the city. Meetings can also be held by phone or video for those who find it more convenient.
Our approach is deliberately unhurried. We believe the most useful thing we can offer is time and attention — two things that are often in short supply in legal settings. When you come to Boripan, you will speak with someone who has read your documents, understands your position, and is prepared to take the time to explain what your options are in plain terms.
Pricing is transparent and agreed in advance. We do not pursue matters beyond the agreed scope without your knowledge and consent. Our three service levels are designed to match the practical reality of different pension matters, from a single clarifying meeting to sustained formal representation.
